Your use and enrollment in our app, Pulse App, as well as other services offered by Pulse Medicare are controlled by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy policy. These Terms and conditions will constitute a binding agreement between Pulse Medicare App  and you as a user of our services. Your usage of our services will be deemed as your acceptance to these Terms and if you do not agree to any of these terms please do not access our website, our app and related services.

We encourage you to independently verify any information you see on the website with respect to a doctor  you seek to make an appointment registration: If you wish to schedule an appointment with a doctor or conduct a transaction on the app, you will have to register on the app and become a registered user prior to the completion of any transaction on the Pulse App.

You understand that you may have the option of uploading your health / medical information on the app in order to buy medicine. While Pulse Medicare App takes utmost care with respect to the security of the information you decide to upload, you understand that any information that you disclose on the website is at your own risk. By uploading / sharing / disclosing your medical information on the App, you hereby give your consent to app to store such health / medical information on Pulse Medicare App’s servers. Pulse Medicare App will retain such medical / health information you upload on the app for as long as it is needed to full fill the service you seek to avail on the app.

But please note: There might be some latency in deleting this information from our servers and backup storage. We may retain this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations,resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

You understand that Pulse Medicare provides various services with respect to the System. While some of these services are provided for free, there are certain services for which costs will be incurred by you, if you decide to avail such services (“paid services”). In that case, Pulse Medicare App may provide billing services on behalf of the doctor or health care professional. Should you wish to avail those paid services, you acknowledge that Pulse Medicare App will collect the payment for such paid services. 

You are 18 years of age or older and that your use of the App shall not violate any applicable law or regulation.

All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate and that you agree to maintain the accuracy of such information.

Your registration on the app is solely for your personal and non-commercial use. Any use of this app or its content other than for personal purposes is prohibited.

All information, content and material contained in the website and/or services are the company’s intellectual property. All trademarks, services marks, trade names, and trade dress are proprietary to the Company. No information, content or material from the app and / or services may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without the company’s express written permission.

You understand that when you click on a link that directs you away from the app, a separate set of terms of service and privacy policies may be in effect on a site that is not within the company’s control. You acknowledge that the company is not accountable for any other websites you may reach through links on this page. The business retains the right to block links from external websites to the app.
